Return and Exchange Policy
Return rules
If you are not satisfied with the product, FAVALAVA offers a return period of 14 days, which is better than the regulation required by the Consumer Protection Law.
During this period, you can try on the product at home as long as it remains intact and has not been submerged in water or washed. If you decide to return the product, please submit a return request within 14 days starting from the date of package receipt. The returned product must be free of odors, with original tags, stickers, and boxes intact, and must not have been submerged in water or washed. The hygiene sticker on the bottom of the pants must not be removed (the card and lining paper do not need to be returned).
If the returned product does not meet the condition requirements, please note that we will not refund the money or offer other discounts.
Refund rules
The total refund amount will be deducted by a shipping fee of $80.
- For credit card payments, the amount will be directly refunded to the original card. Please inquire with your issuing bank for the refund processing time.
- For bank transfers, an additional bank fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount for non-E.Sun Bank accounts. The refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Packaging Requirements
Please do not stick the shipping label directly on the brand's box. Otherwise, an additional packaging fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange rules

We provide a free shipping service for exchanges, but you need to send the returned product directly to the designated convenience store.
Discounted Products
Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges (unless defective).
Return and exchange steps
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you are welcome to apply for a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Please send an email to pei@favalava.co, specifying your original order number and the product you wish to return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Confirm that you are within FAVALAVA's 14-day return and exchange policy period.
- Keep the item in brand new condition, without any traces or damage, and do not remove the hygiene sticker or tags.
- Fill out the return and exchange form we provide, sign it, and include it in the package of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- After applying for a return or exchange, you will receive an email within 2 working days, including the return and exchange form mentioned above.
